It would be difficult to style a true Americana line and not include a WWII style bomber jacket.
When I thought about designing a new jacket this year, I decided to pay tribute to those who laid the groundwork for our greatness as a nation. The bomber jacket is one of the most recognizable and collectible items from that era of hearty, brave and patriotic souls to whom we owe so much.
Anyone fortunate enough to have an original WWII bomber jacket has a treasured keepsake indeed; especially, if worn by a family member in the 1940's. If you don't have an original, ours is the next best thing; and I guarantee it will serve you well for a long, long time. All I ask is that you wear it with pride.
Made of soft, brown pebble grain cowhide. Fully lined with the Col. Littleton signature plaid.
Ribbed cotton cuffs and bottom. Acetate sleeve lining. Epaulets at shoulders. Two large front pockets with snap flaps and two front slash pockets.
Inside left breast pocket and left vertical pocket with snap (originally used to carry a Colt Model 1911).
Jacket snaps at top and bottom. Under arm vents. Imported. Professionally leather clean.
