Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We can delivery to any address in Canada for a flat charge of $25 plus GST. All shipping WAS provided by Canada Post. We will now be using FedEx for our shipping.

For shipping to the U.S., please order from www.ColonelLittleton.com.

For shipping to addresses outside of Canada and the U.S., please know that we are working on the systems with customs regulations to allow for this happen. Please join our enewsletter list to be informed when this is available.

Please allow three to four weeks for delivery.

Returns

Please note that we are unable to make a refund or to accept the return of embossed or engraved items once the order is placed.

If you do need to return an item we will ensure the product quality and either fix the item or replace it. We want you to enjoy your Colonel Littleton products for a long, long time.
